Background

Rising from the Aberystwyth Indie Soc ashes in 2005 Ghosttown Promotions (GTPR) launched in the City of Coventry; initially as producer of small events at the revolutionary Tin Angel Cafe/Bar albeit it being the leading musical hub it was not enough to feed my passion.

In 2006 GTPR embarked on programming for additional clients The Kasbah (then The Colliseum) which hosted acts including Wild Beasts. Delving into touring and artist management, 2007 remains 'the year that was' as I produced the first instalment of electronic music festival "Sonic Boom". Sonic Boom had guest appearances from Grace Jones with Robert Logan, Bass Clef and Snorkel. Since then I have curated 'A Thing About Machines', a festival series dedicated to Delia Derbyshire, and provided services at the Southbank's Ether Festival (Trouble Tune), London Jazz Festival, Moseley Folk and Camden Crawl.

In recent years I have begun managing PR campaigns for new albums and re-releases at Tin Angel and Drag City with a vision to continue specialising in music press.
